Funds may support scholarships, clinical training, certification assistance, career exploration, and other mission-driven priorities that help prepare the next generation of imaging professionals and strengthen the medical imaging workforce in our region.

 

TRA Medical Imaging Foundation Education & Workfroce Development Fund
This fund advances healthcare access and education by supporting medical imaging services and workforce development. Funding helps introduce students to careers in Imaging Sciences and provides scholarships, mentoring, job shadowing, and other opportunities that strengthen the future medical imaging workforce and improve access to care.

Dr. William B. Jackson Scholarship FundThe William B. Jackson Scholarship Fund provides financial support and mentorship to individuals pursuing careers in Imaging Sciences. Scholarships help reduce financial barriers to education and training while preparing students to enter the medical imaging workforce. The fund helps build a skilled and diverse pipeline of imaging professionals and address critical workforce shortages.

MobileMammo NW
MobileMammo NW is the first mobile mammography program established by the TRA Medical Imaging Foundation to serve Washington’s South Sound region. Donations help provide mammography screenings for uninsured and underinsured individuals, support community screening and education events, and assist with patient care coordination, transportation, and other uncompensated services. Ongoing support also helps sustain and expand the program through capital reserves.​​
