Community Outreach

A vital part of community outreach is our collaboration with Tacoma Schools HealthCare Careers Academy, commuity high schools, and organizations. Our partnership with these organizations is serving to raise awareness of Radiologic Imaging as a career option. Our intent is to reach out to youth that may be considering a career path in healthcare and provide resources and information about this Imagining Sciences as a career.
 

As the TRA Medical Imaging Foundation grows, it is our goal to expand more education and opportunities in  X-ray (RT), Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound), CT, MRI, and Mammography, to create jobs, address the workforce shortage, and impact the quality of healthcare services in our community.
