TRA Medical Imaging Foundation Education Fund Scholarship Program
Application Materials
Potential Radiologic Sciences TRA Scholars must submit via online.
Online application will be available April 26, 2024.
(1) Biographical Information Form;
(2) Release Authorization Form;
(3) Two Essays up to 500 words each;
(4) Two Letters of Recommendation; and
(5) Scholarship Disclosure Form.
Acceptance Policy
Award recipients will be notified by email. See schedule below. Applicants not awarded a scholarship will be notified by email.
TRA Scholars are asked to agree to have their names released publicly and to participate in academic ceremonies, such as commencement, and in donor stewardship activities, which may involve attending events, etc. In addition, Scholars are required to participate in the TRA Mentorship Program, which includes monthly meetings of 30-60 minutes in person or via virtual.
Scholarship Renewal Criteria
To qualify for a second year of the scholarship, Scholars must show satisfactory progress toward a degree by meeting the following minimum requirements:

Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.

Be consecutively enrolled each year.

Scholars will also be required to be actively involved in mentorship and community activities.
